Flipkart has announced the launch of ‘Big Exchange Days’ – a new monthly exchange programme for the smartphone, tablets, laptops, televisions, refrigerators and washing machines category. The 'Exchange days' programme will be scheduled on the 1st and 2nd of every month. The programme starts from today, February 1st & 2nd and will offer customers the chance for an easy doorstep exchange and upgrade facility across a range of categories.
For smartphones, the IMEI number, screen and overall condition of the products will be checked by the delivery executive at the hand-to-hand exchange point. Whereas, for televisions, the delivery executive will have to mount it and check the working conditions of the product. For other devices like laptop, washing machine etc, the delivery person switches on the product to check if it is in good shape. Exchange programme is available across a range of smartphone, tablet, laptop, television, refrigerator and washing machine brands and customers can avail this on app, desktop and Flipkart Lite.
