Micromax has announced the launch of its latest entrant in the 4G portfolio, Canvas Xpress 4G for Rs 6,599 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart. It features a 5-inch HD screen, supported by 2GB DDR3 RAM. It has a 16 GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB) and comes with Android Lollipop 5.1 OS out of the box.
It sports a 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing camera. The front camera is HDR and comes with Face Beauty Mode and an HDR Mode. It is powered by 1GHz Quad Core processor and houses a 2,000 mAhbattery. Micromax claims that it has sold over 300k units of Xpress 2 in less than 3 months.

Micromax now has 13 devices which is 4G compatible which includes Canvas Knight 2, Canvas Sliver 5, Canvas Nitro 4G, Canvas Fire 4G, Canvas Blaze 4G, Canvas Mega 4G, Canvas Play 4G and the Canvas Xpress 4G. Micromax has also partnered with Airtel to provide an introductory 4G double data offer for a period of 6 months across its 4G range of smartphones.
