Acer has launched its latest range of two smartphone models under the Acer Liquid Z Series - the Liquid Z630s and the Liquid Z530. Acer joins the ‘Make-in-India’ club with both smartphones set to be manufactured at their new facility in Pondicherry.
Liquid Z630s: It has a 5.5" screen and is powered by the 64-bit, octa-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 processor coupled with 3GB RAM and a standard 32GB of internal memory. It comes with Android 5.1 OS and houses a decent 4000 mAh battery. It sports a 8MP wide view angle front lens as well as the 8MP auto-focus rear camera. Both cameeras are capable of 1080p video recording.
The Liquid Z630s is also equipped with AcerEXTEND which connects wirelessly to a compatible laptop or PC and lets you view the phone’s home screen in a phone-shaped emulator box on the computer. The Liquid Z630s will be available for flash purchase only on 12th November, 2015 for those who pre-register between 5th November, 2015 and 11th November, 2015.
Liquid Z530 – It has a 5-inch HD IPS screen and is powered by the 64-bit, quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 processor supported by 2GB RAM and 16GB in-built storage. It comes with Android 5.1 phone out of the box. It sports 84 degree wide-angle front facing 8MP selfie lens.
The Acer Liquid Z530 and Z630s will be available in India priced at Rs.6,999 and Rs.10,999 respectively on Flipkart.
