Western Digital Launches 2TB and 3TB HGST Touro Mobile HDD

Western Digital Corporation today announced that it is expanding its family of external storage and backup solutions with its new HGST Touro Mobile external hard drives with up to 3TB portable storage.

HGST Touro Mobile is a fast, USB 3.0 portable drive in a slim and compact enclosure that’s easy to use and features both local and cloud backup. It has two levels of data protection which means customers can keep their photos, movies, music and documents not only safe but available anytime. In addition, customers can even share their online content with others by simply sending a web link.

HGST Touro Mobile external hard drives are Windows ready and easily reformatted for Mac. The 3TB HGST Touro drive has a manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing (MSRP) of Rs. 14,200.  The 2TB HGST Touro drive is Rs.9,200.

Western Digital Launches My Passport X Portable Hard Drives, To Be Available With Amazon India

Western Digital has introduced the availability of My Passport X portable hard drives for gamers on Amazon.in. When connected to Xbox One or a PC, the 2 TB My Passport X drive provides great storage capacity for gamers to store up to 50 extra game titles. 

The USB 3.0 technology lets users access and save files on the My Passport X portable hard drive without a separate power supply. The My Passport X portable drive is shock proof.
