Flipkart announces 3-day ‘Republic Day Sale’

Flipkart has announced a three day ‘Republic Day Sale’ between 20th and 22nd January. From the trendiest laptops and cameras to top rated wearables and smartphones, customers now can choose from a range of products across national and international brands. Customers also benefit upto 7.5% off on HDFC bank debit and credit card too.

Flipkart Sells 47,440 Units Of Lenovo K3 Note In 5.2 seconds

Lenovo along with Flipkart sold  47,440 units of the latest K3 Note smartphone in just 5.2 seconds. This was the first flash sale today which started at 3:00 PM (IST). The  5.5-inch Full HD display K3 Note costs Rs 9,999. There were more than 5 lac registrations for the first flash sale. 

The Lenovo K3 Note sports a 13 MegaPixel auto-focus rear camera with dual led flash and a 5 Megapixel front camera. It is powered by 64 bit Octa-Core CPU clocked at 1.7 GHz, backed by a 16core ARM MALI-T760 GPU and 2 GB DDR3 RAM. The dual sim device offers 16 GB internal storage and a microSD card slot which can expand the storage by an additional 32 GB. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and offers Lenovo’s simplified Vibe UI on top.

It is backed up by a replaceable 3000 mAh (typical)/2900mAh (min) battery. The device supports both LTE bands in India FDD 1800MHz (Band 3) & TDD 2300MHz (Band 40). 

Nexus 6 gets Major Price Cut In India, Available For Rs 29,999 Onwards

Good news for the Nexus fans! You can buy the 32GB Nexus 6 for Rs 34,999 and the 64GB version for Rs 39,999 on the e-commerce site, Flipkart. Google's latest smartphone and its flagship model, Nexus 6 has received a major price cut in India.

Orginally, the 32GB Nexus 6 was launched at Rs 44,999 and the 64GB for Rs 49,999. Flipkart is offering an additional Rs 5000 off under exchange offer for both variants which will bring the pricer down to Rs 29,999 and Rs 34,999 respectively. Google Store still has the original prices for both the Nexus versions.

The Motorola Google Nexus 6 has a 5.96-inch display with QHD (1440x2560p) resolution.  It is powered by a 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor along with 3GB of RAM. Both versions don't have expandable storage. It sports a 13MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera. It is backed up by a 3,220mAh battery and supports Motorola's Turbo charge.
