OnePlus has launched its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 3. And yes, you don’t need an invitation to purchase one.
The OnePlus 3 smartphone features a 5.5-inch display size and full-HD resolution (401ppi). It is powered by a Snapdragon 820 (with an Adreno 530 GPU) coupled with 6GB of RAM. It has a 64GB inbuilt storage (no support for MicroSD slot). It houses a 3,000 mAh non-removable battery. To charge this battery you’ll go through a USB Type-C port on the bottom, which also supports OnePlus’ “Dash Charge”. The OnePlus 3 has a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and 4K video recording, and a 8MP front facing camera.
The OnePlus 3 has a fingerprint sensor and sports a sleek design . It comes in two colors, Graphite colour variant while a Soft Gold variant will be made available at a later date. The dual-SIM smartphone runs on OxygenOS based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The handset is priced at Rs. 27,999 in India and will be available at Amazon India. Indian buyers get a free 12-month subscription to Saavn Pro, and can avail of a 'double data' offer from Idea Cellular for 12 months. They can also avail of 12 months accidental damage coverage through the 'OnePlus Care app' powered by Servify.
