OPPO announced the launch of OPPO Neo 7, a new successor to the mirror-backed Neo 5. It is priced at Rs 9,990 and will be available in India within this week.
The OPPO Neo 7 offers dual SIM slots and SD card support upto 128GB. It is powered with Qualcomm MSM8916 Quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM. It has a 16GB ROM and houses 2420mAh Li-polymer battery. The Device features 5 inch IPS display with 960x540 pixels and 220 PPI. It weighs 141 gm with battery.
The back of the handset has 13 layers of coating refined through a series of 40 processes, giving the surface an impressive thinness of only 0.56 mm. The handset will be available in two color variants - white and black.
The OPPO Neo 7 sports an 8 Megapixel back-illuminated sensor with a photo sensitive area of up to 1/4 inch, a wide f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel front facing camera.
There are 11 filters and 3 beautify modes available, and Neo 7 can easily edit images without downloading additional apps.
The OPPO Neo 7 uses a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon Quad-core CPU good enough for gamers. The Neo 7 uses OPPO’s in-house Color OS 2.1, based on Android 5.1.
