Micromax has announced to have sold more than half a million Canvas Spark smartphones in less than 2.5 months, earning a revenue of Rs 2.5 billion. The company will also have its first ever open sale for the smartphone on July 27 & July 28, 2015 on Snapdeal.com.
Launched on April 29, 2015, the company had sold more than 20,000 smartphones in less than two minutes in its very first flash sale exclusively on Snapdeal.com.

The Canvas Spark smartphone sports a 4.7-inch qHD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It sports a 8MP AF rear camera/2MP FF front camera and comes with M8 Largan Lens and OV sensor 8858. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core Cortex A7 processor couples with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM (expandable up to 32GB). The smartphone runs on the latest Android Lollipop 5.0 OS. It packs in a 2000 mAh battery which gives you up to 335 hours of backup on standby mode.
